Where we ship

Caldavor ships to eligible addresses shown at checkout. Available services depend on the destination. We may be unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, military addresses, restricted locations, or freight-forwarding addresses unless checkout specifically offers that option.

Shipping charges

• Orders over $99: free standard shipping, applied automatically at checkout.
• Orders below $99: $9.99 standard shipping.

Only one standard-shipping rate will be shown for an eligible order. Split shipments from the same order do not create an additional standard-shipping charge.

Processing and dispatch

Orders normally leave our warehouse within 7–15 business days after payment and order verification. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. This is a dispatch estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier transit begins after dispatch and varies by destination, customs processing, weather, and local conditions.

If we cannot dispatch within the stated window, we will contact you with an updated estimate and provide any options required by applicable law.

Tracking and address accuracy

Tracking information is sent after dispatch when available. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to begin updating. Please review your full name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state or region, postal code, country, and telephone number before placing an order. Contact us immediately if you notice an error; changes are not guaranteed once processing begins.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices. Customs delays are outside our reasonable control.
