Orders and payment

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once processing begins.

What currency is used?

Prices and checkout totals are shown in the currency selected by the storefront where available. Your bank or payment provider may apply conversion charges.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free on orders over $99 and is applied automatically. Standard shipping is $9.99 below the threshold.

When will my order ship?

Orders normally dispatch within 7–15 business days after payment and verification. Transit time begins after dispatch and varies by destination.

How do I track my order?

Open your order history or use the tracking link sent after dispatch. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to begin updating.

Returns

What is the return window?

Contact us within 30 days after delivery. Eligible items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Who pays return shipping?

Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind, preference, or sizing returns. If we confirm that an item arrived wrong, damaged, or defective, we will provide the appropriate remedy.

How should I choose a size?

Use the sizing information shown on the relevant product page. Footwear and apparel use different measurements, so check the guide attached to the specific item.

Will colours look exactly the same on my screen?

We work to present colours accurately, but screen settings, lighting, photography, and material variation can create small differences.
